Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely package your items in their original Orbitkey packaging.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
